Four Seasons Hotel New York is seeking a Front Office Receptionist with a passion for excellence and a talent for delivering exceptional guest service on a fast-paced luxury property.

The Front Desk Receptionist will handle seamless check-in/check-out, cashiering, guest requests, and follow-up with a focus on elegant service. Fluency in English, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility are essential; prior NY front office experience is preferred.

Our property has 202 spacious guest rooms and suites and is the destination for international and high profile clientele.

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for seamless registration and cashiering service for our guests. The individual must be able to handle various guest requests, inquiries, and issues, and be responsible for the follow up of such circumstances.

The person we seek must have excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, and good problem solving ability. The individual will be fluent in reading, writing and spoken English language skills. Previous front office experience is preferred and a flexible schedule is a must.

Prior New York experience is preferred.

Additional plus: prior experience with Opera and Micros computer systems.
