Job summary

Mountain Ridge Post Acute in New Hampshire is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our care team. This role handles incoming calls, greets patients and visitors, routes mail, and maintains patient/resident lists.

The position requires a high school diploma and strong English communication skills; proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets and Slides is preferred. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with a possibility to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills essential.
• Must be proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously.
• Warmly welcome, greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by names/phone extension.
• Order supplies and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
