Job summary

Mountain Ridge Post Acute is seeking a full-time Receptionist in Franklin, NH. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with a welcoming front-desk presence for patients, visitors, and staff.

You will handle calls, greet guests, manage mail, and maintain patient and staff lists. Candidates should have a high school degree, strong English communication, and proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Must be proficient with Google; Docs, Sheets, Slides.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirect them appropriately.
• Warmly welcome, greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by names/phone extension.
• Order supplies and performs other clerical duties as assigned.
