Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Denver is seeking a friendly and professional Guest Services Associate to welcome and assist hotel guests from check-in through checkout. You will explain accommodations, manage payments, and respond to guest requests with personalized recommendations to enhance satisfaction.

Associates must have strong English communication, be able to work flexible morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays, and enjoy a fast-paced, guest-centric environment within a luxury hotel in

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment.
• Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.

This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good command of the English language
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
