Located on 22 acres within the DFW metroplex in Garland, Texas, we offer a serene environment aimed at empowering our patients. Our goal is to develop a fully integrated, effective behavioral health system.
The receptionist greets and directs visitors, manages incoming calls, delivers messages, distributes mail, provides clerical support, and assists Human Resources and Accounts Payable as directed by the Manager. The work schedule varies based on assigned shifts.
High school diploma or equivalent required. No specific licenses required. Proficiency in reading, writing, and interpreting technical and regulatory documents. Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, problem-solving, and research skills. Basic math skills. Ability to perform all essential duties satisfactorily.
Requires standing, walking, sitting, handling, reaching, talking, hearing, and visual acuity. May occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. The environment involves exposure to challenging behaviors and stressful situations, including inappropriate language and potential threats. Safety practices must be followed.
