Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, manage phone calls, and deliver messages efficiently.
• Distribute mail and provide clerical support, assisting Human Resources and Accounts Payable as needed.
• Maintain office supplies, operate office machines, and ensure a safe, respectful environment.
