Krieger Ford is seeking a motivated Receptionist/Cashier to greet customers, manage calls, and support daily sales operations in Central Ohio. The role combines front-desk reception with cashier responsibilities, including order pre-invoicing and handling refunds.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, multitasking ability, and reliability. Experience with CDK and Microsoft Office is a plus. Weekend availability may be required as part of schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent preferred.
• One year of reception experience in a retail facility is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line phone system with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate person/department.
• Take messages to relevant departments when calls ring back.
• Create and distribute the daily sales schedule and company directory.
• Provide friendly customer service while cashing out service, parts, and body shop customers using CDK software.
• Handle both the cash drawer and credit card machine with accuracy.
• Pre-invoice and close service repair orders.
• Handle customer refunds.
• Receipting car deals.
• Balance both credit card settlements and cash drawer.
