Job summary

Charles Penzone, Inc. in Dublin, OH, is seeking a friendly front desk team member to greet guests, check in and out, stock shelves, and support salon operations in a bustling salon + spa environment.

You will prepare and serve beverages, manage cash, balance drawers, and ensure safety and cleanliness per state requirements. Availability: 25+ hours weekly, part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• 21+ year old candidates preferred.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.
• Walk, stand, squat and bend as needed.
• Customer service or serving experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in and out for services or products.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and cocktails for team members.
• Cash handling and balancing of drawers.
• Stock shelves and assist with daily opening/closing duties.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and ensure adherence to health and service standards.

Job Duties

• Guest Engagement providing attentive, fun, upbeat atmosphere catered to the unique experience
• Prepare + serve a variety of beverages
  • Elevated coffee experience (lattes, espressos, frappes, etc.)
  • Limited alcohol selection (signature cocktails, wine, mock tails, etc. for team members +21 years old)
• Cash handling + balancing of drawers
• Check in + check out guests for their services, products, etc.
• Promptly assess guests needs and proactively provides solutions
• Daily opening and closing duties
• Assists with salon cleanliness- dusting, stocking, loading and unloading dishwasher
• Maintain accordance with company standards, state health board and alcohol service requirements
