We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care and unforgettable client experiences. We’re currently hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice and help ensure a smooth, professional front desk operation.

This position is full-time and must have the ability to work Tuesday- Saturday.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Skinjectables. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play an integral role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the spa. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, manage phone calls, and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients upon arrival and provide a warm, professional experience
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Assist clients with skincare product inquiries and recommend retail items or service packages
  • Promote memberships, special offers, and rewards programs (e.g., Alle, Aspire, Evolus)
  • Manage client records and intake forms using our database (Zenoti)
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception and lounge area
  • Restock skincare products and report low inventory
  • Support day-to-day clinic operations and special projects assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations, ideally in a medical or spa environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Familiarity with booking software and point-of-sale systems is a plus (Zenoti experience a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of beauty or wellness services is a plus
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
