Job summary

The Piano Place is seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to greet students and keep our Salt Lake City studio running smoothly. You will be the first face students see and will coordinate with the Studio Director to maintain a friendly, professional environment after school hours, Monday through Thursday from 4:30 to 7:30 PM.

Ideal candidates bring exceptional customer service, a positive and upbeat personality, reliability and strong teamwork.

Job description

The Piano Place is looking for a part-time Front Desk Receptionist who can work Monday - Thursday from 4:30 - 7:30 PMat our Salt Lake location. You will be the first face our students see as you welcome them into the studio. You will also work with our Studio Director to ensure professionalism and help run processes smoothly for this location. A friendly and upbeat personality is a must, and a love of music is a huge plus!

Duties Include:

• Greeting customers
• Setting out materials for students
• Email correspondence to customers and staff
• Light studio cleaning/organization
• Assisting the Director in making sure the studio is running to it’s full potential

Requirements:

Compensation
