Job summary

The Piano Place, Utah's largest music lesson school, is seeking enthusiastic instructors to teach 30-minute sessions across piano, guitar, voice, and more. Our admin team schedules students, markets, and handles billing so you can focus on teaching.

Qualifications

• Must connect with people of all ages and skill levels.
• Demonstrate teaching ability and instrument skill during interview.
• Open to first-time or experienced teachers.
• Commitment of at least 1 year.
• Ability to teach multiple instruments (piano, guitar, voice, ukulele, violin, cello, drums, etc.).
• Submit a Music Specific Resume.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students for 30 minute lessons.
• Assess new student abilities.
• Create lesson plans.
• Prepare students for recitals.
• Facilitate student participation in recitals.
• Assist students in reaching their learning goals.
• Communicate with parents/guardians on students progress.
