The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support as they navigate their automotive journey. Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, and promptly address their inquiries and concerns
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a positive and professional atmosphere
• Assist in maintaining customer records and entering data into the dealership management system
• Collaborate with various departments to provide seamless customer support
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries as required
• Provide assistance as needed during community events held at the store, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for both customers and staff members
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the dealership team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Proficient in using computers, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
