Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, and promptly address their inquiries and concerns.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a positive and professional atmosphere.
• Assist in maintaining customer records and entering data into the dealership management system.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide seamless customer support.
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries as required.
• Provide assistance as needed during community events held at the store, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for both customers and staff members.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the dealership team.
