More specifically, our fabulous Front Desk Receptionist:

• Provides personal attention from the moment the guest walks through the door
• Educates guests on the Woodhouse experience, including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them have a seamless experience
• Answers the phone with a smile every time
• Acts as the brand ambassador, ensuring the guest enters a clean, safe environment with the right lighting, music, and scent to create a memorable experience
• Remembers small details that make The Woodhouse special—guest’s favorite drink, warm neck wrap, and personal details like birthdays and anniversaries
• Serves as backup for the leadership team when they are busy with larger responsibilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly
