What You’ll Do

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the face of our Pittsburgh office. You’ll handle calls, greet clients, and keep the front office running smoothly. This role offers a chance to build experience in a legal setting while contributing to a mission-driven team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and manage front desk operations
  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line system
  • Schedule appointments and manage office calendars
  • Organize incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Prepare, scan, and maintain legal documents
  • Order office supplies and support office operations
  • Assist legal staff with general administrative tasks
  • Uphold confidentiality and professional standards
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior receptionist or administrative experience (legal preferred)
  • Knowledge of legal document prep or office workflows a plus
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and standard office tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or legal coursework is a bonus)
