Mansions On Fifth Hotel is a boutique luxury hotel in Pittsburgh's East End, in Shadyside, near the University of Pittsburgh and Oakland.

Job Duties

MUST BE AVAILABLE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY MORNINGS.

Front Desk Associate

The Front Desk Associate is often the first point of contact for guests and plays a vital role in creating a positive first and last impression of the hotel. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, assisting with bookings, and helping guests with their needs, always maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival
• Complete end-of-day accounting procedures
• Oversee property security overnight
• Answer calls and handle reservations
• Record and forward messages
• Assist guests with luggage, open doors, and direct them to hotel amenities
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service
• Follow all employee guidelines as per the Employee Handbook
• Maintain inventory of front desk supplies
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
