About the Role:
Vaco Phoenix is seeking a Front Desk Administrator to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional office setting, enjoys interacting with people, and can efficiently manage administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will provide essential support to office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating office events.
Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical duties as needed.
Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and reordered as needed.
Uphold a positive and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
