Job summary

Mainspring Recovery in Dumfries, VA is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, route calls, and support daily operations. This part-time, 20-hour-per-week role requires strong organization and excellent communication in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

You will manage messages, assist staff, maintain a tidy front desk, and handle mail and packages. Only candidates with a high school diploma or GED and at least one year in a similar role will be considered.

Job Summary

The Front Desk Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our guests. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Experience

• A minimum of one (1) year in a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.

Knowledge / Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Professional demeanor with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Behavioral health facility experience a plus.

Working Conditions

• Direct care and client-facing position.
• Part-time, 20 hours per week Sunday, Monday 8:00am-6:00pm
