Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Warmly welcome and assist patients, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in / check-out, and phone inquiries
  • Verify insurance benefits, process payments, and handle invoicing
  • Maintain organized and accurate patient records and office documentation
  • Assist with inventory management for office and optical supplies
  • Support office workflow by collaborating with doctors, technicians, and optical staff

Required Skills

Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role in healthcare or optometry REQUIRED
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and scheduling systems (EHR experience is required)
