Job summary

Silva MD Anti-Aging and Wellness is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join their San Diego clinic. The role involves greeting patients, scheduling appointments, collecting information, and guiding patients to exam rooms with a warm, professional approach.

Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced medical setting. On-site, full-time position with standard hours: Mondays–Thursdays 8 am–5 pm and Fridays 8 am–3 pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service or hospitality setting.
• Experience managing phone systems and scheduling in a medical office environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Collect patient information and enter it into the system.
• Escort patients to exam rooms, ensuring they are comfortable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms between appointments.
• Process patient check-outs and collect required fees.
• Answer phone calls, retrieve voicemail messages, schedule appointments, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
• Prepare patient charts and handle all administrative tasks efficiently.
• Ensure the waiting area remains comfortable and tidy.

Silva MD Anti-Aging and Wellness , one of our valued partners, is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join their clinic located in San Diego.

About the Clinic:

At Silva MD, we specialize in personalized anti-aging, wellness, and aesthetic treatments, including bioidentical hormones, thyroid care, weight-loss treatments, facials, and body contouring. Our mission is to create individualized treatment plans that promote optimal health, wellness, and quality of life.

About the Role:

The primary responsibilities of this role include scheduling client appointments, warmly greeting clients upon arrival, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the services offered.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional patient care, possess excellent communication skills, and be well-spoken and articulate. They should have strong analytical and decision-making abilities, and exude a friendly, outgoing demeanor. Additionally, they must be able to multitask effectively, work well in a team, and be comfortable with basic computer and software applications.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position , t he role is onsite with standard working hours: Mondays - Thursdays from 8 am to 5 pm and Fridays from 8 am to 3pm .

Compensation:

Starting salary at 22$ per hour.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of medical terminology, cosmetic procedures, and skincare products is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service or hospitality setting.
• Experience managing phone systems and scheduling in a medical office environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems and typing skills.
