Job summary

Corestaff Services, serving as the official MSP resource for Porsche Cars North America, places a reception at One Porsche Drive, Atlanta, GA. The role involves greeting guests, managing the front desk, and acting as a Porsche Brand ambassador within the Experience Center.

We are seeking a personable, organized receptionist with 2+ years of front desk experience, capable of handling calls, guiding visitors, and supporting facilities and guest relations teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher required.
• Minimum 2 years of receptionist or front desk experience.
• Outgoing and charismatic personality with strong guest service orientation.
• Good phone etiquette and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS-Windows and MS-Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inquiries at the company headquarters front desk with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide primary phone coverage for the main line (not the 1-800 center).
• Serve as Porsche Brand ambassador for visitors at the Experience Center.
• Answer main switchboard calls and transfer to appropriate parties.
• Document customer concerns in the C@P system.
• Greet employees and guests and ensure needs are met per brand standards.
• Assist with inquiries at the front desk including directions, transportation, and luggage handling.
• Coordinate with Security for guest access and passes.
• Assist Facilities with office needs and service requests, and input repair orders.
• Support Experience Center and Customer Relations with project work as needed.
• Provide occasional facility tours for guests and VIPs and escort them through the facility.

Corestaff is the official MSP resourcing partner for Porsche Cars North America for contractor positions operating and managing their nationwide contingent workforce program. The candidate selected for this role will be an employee of Corestaff with a placement at Porsche Cars North America in Atlanta, GA.

Position overview:

• To handle all inquiries made at the company's headquarters front desk while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all employees of One Porsche Drive and guests of the Experience center.
• Provide primary phone coverage for the main telephone line for the operation. Please note this is not the main 1-800- call center line.
• Act as a Porsche Brand ambassador for all visitors exuding Passion and work to assist with all guest service areas of the Experience center.
• Answer the phones for the company's main switchboard. Transfer phone calls to the appropriate parties.
• Assist with customer questions/concerns as needed, documenting all customer complaints in the C@P system (Internal tracking system)
• Provide a warm welcome to all employees and guests ensuring their needs are met and their experience is representative of our brand standards
• Assist with inquiries at the front desk including but not limited to, arranging transportation, storing luggage, providing directions, and engaging employees when needed
• Coordinate with Security team in granting access to guests and providing guest passes as needed
• Coordinate and assist facilities team with addressing Experience center common area office needs and inputting repair orders into service request system
• Assist Experience center and Customer Relations team with project work as necessary
• Provide occasional facility tours for guests and VIP’s
• Escort guests through facility

Required qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or higher
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or related role
• Outgoing and charismatic personality
• Warm welcoming and empathetic demeanor
• Phone system and intermediate knowledge of MS-Windows computers and MS-Office applications
• Ability to multitask
• Customer Service oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to occasionally move equipment, boxes and luggage weighing up 40 lbs

Preferred qualifications include:
