Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional assistance to tenants and visitors
  • Assist with creating and managing work orders and purchase orders for onsite engineers
  • Send tenant memos and respond to general inquiries
  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative projects as assigned
  • Maintain a clean and professional front desk and common area appearance
  • Serve as a friendly point of contact for tenants needing assistance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not required with relevant experience
  • Previous office or front desk administrative experience is required
  • Professional demeanor, strong verbal communication skills, and a polished appearance
  • Confident, personable, and able to stay productive with minimal direction
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable and consistent attendance, especially in the first 30–60 days
  • Must be comfortable working 100% onsite in Arlington
  • Location: Arlington, VA (3434 Washington Blvd)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch, typically around 1–2 PM)
  • Pay: $22–23/hour
  • Start Date: Monday, July 7th
  • Status: Ongoing temporary role
  • Dress Code: Business professional
