Job summary

The Children's Cabinet, Inc. seeks a Front Desk/Program Navigator to greet visitors, answer phones, and handle essential clerical duties in Reno, NV.

You will support parents and child care providers by guiding resources, coordinating trainings, and maintaining records with accuracy and discretion. Qualifications

• 2+ years of office administration or customer service experience.
• Ability to navigate resources for parents and child care providers.
• Experience using basic computer software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and callers professionally and offer assistance.
• Assist parents and child care providers with questions and referrals.
• Prepare materials for Subsidy program and prescreens.
• Maintain program documentation and data entry in databases.
• Schedule and fingerprint background checks; manage mail and deliveries.
