Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients.
• Complete patient reminders for appointment times.
• Answer phones and take messages.
• Verify insurance eligibility and walk patients through processes.
• Enter registration information into the computer for new patients and obtain consent for minor treatment when applicable.
• Maintain accurate registration and filing in medical records.
