Job description

We provide outpatient mental health services in Bayville, Point Pleasant, and Toms River offering affordable, comprehensive, and easily accessible behavioral health care. These are available for individuals of all ages. Our highly trained and experienced staff provides services in a comfortable, friendly setting. We remain respectful of each person’s individuality, cultural background and religious affiliation.

Position Title: Receptionist
Position Type: Part Time; 16 Hours Weekly
Benefits Eligible: No
Location: Toms River, NJ (Some travel between offices in Berkeley & Point Pleasant)
Department: Outpatient
Salary: $15.00 Hourly

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer phones
  2. Greet consumers
  3. Schedule appointments and follow up with consumers as needed
  4. Accurate handling and storing of medical records
  5. Handle incoming mail and ensure proper routing
  6. Perform office duties on a temporary basis when needed
  7. Handles consumer requests and forwards to corresponding staff

Minimum Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. Excellent communication skills
