Job summary

The Quoin Hotel Wilmington, part of PM Hotel Group, seeks a friendly Guest Service Agent for our front desk. You’ll welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and share local knowledge to enhance their stay.

We expect a high school diploma and 3–6 months of related experience. You’ll interact with guests and staff in a polite, positive manner, with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent) and 3–6 months of related experience.
• Must be a people-person and interact with guests and team members politely and positively.
• Be prepared to work varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the face at the front desk and ensure guests receive excellent service from check-in to check-out.
• Share knowledge of local restaurants, entertainment, and events with guests.
• Handle cash responsibly and use computers, databases and property management systems to manage front-desk tasks.
• Own and maintain the front desk area to create a warm, welcoming environment.
