Job summary

Hampton Inn and Suites Whitefish is seeking a Full Time Front Desk team member in Whitefish, Montana. You will be enthusiastic, outgoing, and provide excellent customer service to guests with check-in and check-out responsibilities.

We offer training for the right candidate and schedule 3-4 shifts per week. Wages depend on experience, with benefits including vacation pay and worldwide employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk is preferred, training provided for the right candidate.
• Must live in the greater Whitefish, MT area (Whitefish, Kalispell and surrounding towns).
• Be responsible, punctual and friendly, able to work as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Answer questions and provide information about local area and hotel services.
• Maintain lobby area and ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.

Our Award Winning Hampton Inn & Suites in Whitefish, Montana is looking for a Full Time Front Desk person to join our Team of Professionals.

Job Details:

• We are searching for a team player who is enthusiastic, outgoing, good with guests, and has excellent customer service. We hope to find a responsible individual who is willing to work 3-4 shifts each week 7-3pm and 3-11pm shifts.
• If you have experience working the Front Desk at hotels, that would be preferable. If not, we will train the right candidate.
• Applicant should live in the greater Whitefish, MT area (Whitefish, Kalispell and surrounding towns).
• Must be responsible, show up for work on time, have a friendly disposition and be willing to work as scheduled.
