Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Bilingual preferred for patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Assist patients and answer questions regarding policies and procedures.
• Maintain consistent attendance and reliability in person.
• Explain health services and Clinica Sierra Vista programs to patients.
• Complete patient registration and enroll them into MyChart.
• Handle check-in for Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Optometry.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
