Master Center for Addiction Medicine in Richmond, VA seeks a full-time Front Desk receptionist to be part of our caring, patient-centered team. The role supports intake, scheduling, insurance verification, and front-desk operations.

This position is Monday through Friday, 8:15 am to 5:00 pm, with pay starting at $18+ per hour, depending on experience. Join us to help patients access compassionate addiction treatment.

A positive attitude, reliable attendance, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Answering and responding to phone calls
• Referring new patients to intake
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Verify Insurance and enter structured data
• Scanning documents to patient’s medical records
• Checking patients in and out
• Collecting co-pays, deductibles, co insurances, and past due balances
• Providing excellent customer service to patients, employees, and vendors
• Additional responsibilities may include providing support for some of the Medical Assistant duties
• Other projects and duties as assigned
