Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare experience preferred (1 year).
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication expected.
• Basic computer skills required for EMR and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, schedule appointments, and maintain records.
• Check patients into the electronic medical record and prepare/complete questionnaires.
• Assist patients with questions and expedite referrals, follow-ups, and orders.
• Print patient education materials and test instructions; ensure proper documentation.
• Check patients out at visit completion and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.
