Job summary

Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy is seeking a Floating Front Desk Patient Advocate to join our team and provide support across clinics in the Greater Charlotte Area.

Initially full-time through the end of 2026 to cover maternity leave; starting 2027 there is potential for a permanent Floater FDPA role, with coverage across locations for PTO, extended leave, and staffing needs. The FDPA is the welcoming face of the clinic, handling scheduling, referrals, check-in/check-out, and payments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front desk, receptionist, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy clinical environment
• Flexible and comfortable traveling between clinic locations

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk coverage across Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy locations as needed
• Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage patient scheduling, referrals, and check-in/check-out
• Verify insurance, collect payments, and support billing accuracy
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks to keep clinics running smoothly
• Travel between clinic locations based on business and staffing needs

Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy is a network of outpatient therapy clinics dedicated to providing excellent patient care and an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for a Floating Front Desk Patient Advocate (FDPA) to join our team and provide support across our clinics.

About the Role

This position will initially work full-time through the end of 2026 to provide maternity leave coverage at one of our clinics. Beginning in 2027, there is potential for the position to transition into a permanent Floater Front Desk Patient Advocate role, providing coverage across our clinics for PTO, extended leave, callouts, and other staffing needs.

The FDPA serves as the face of the clinic and plays an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient.
