Qualifications

• Preferred Specialized Skills & Knowledge: Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily reception activities and ensure all processes needed for patient services are initiated.
• Communicate effectively with team members and patients about all aspects of service.
• Handle telephone and mail contact with patients.
• Schedule appointments, collect fees, and explain services and charges.
• Distribute materials to patients, including satisfaction cards and patient rights materials.
• Verify insurance and set fees based on sliding scale.
