Responsibilities

• Ensure operational readiness of the front desk.
• Greet all patients, visitors, and vendors in a welcoming manner and treat all with respect.
• Initiate the minimal patient co-pay for all patients per guidelines and collect payments.
• Verify insurance and co-pays according to policy.
• Scan documents into the EHR and maintain accurate registration records.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information per HIPAA and company policies.
• Answer calls promptly and route as needed.
• Perform daily tasks to ensure efficient front desk operation.
