Bonaventure of Albany is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet visitors, answer phones, and support the management team in coordinating daily operations at our Albany senior living community. No previous experience is required; we provide paid training and a positive work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement within Bonaventure Senior Living.

This role involves teamwork and a customer-service focus in a fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, professional, and well organized.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• English language required.
• CPR Certification (preferred).
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greeting community visitors with excellent customer service and respect.
• Answering a multi-line phone system, route calls, and take messages.
• Helping sort and distribute mail and packages.
• General office duties such as copying, filing, supply requisition, and other clerical skills.
• Assist with the preparation of community events and visitor tours.
