SpringHill Suites Orlando Convention Center is seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent/Relief Night Auditor for a busy hotel in Orlando, FL. The position requires open availability for overnight shifts (11pm–7am) and day/evening shifts (7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm), including holidays and weekends.

Competitive pay based on experience with benefits such as 401k and employee discounts. Responsibilities include greeting guests, check-in/out, processing charges and maintaining accurate accounts.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience is preferred.
• Night audit experience is preferred.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests sincerely and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Check-in and check-out guests promptly and accurately.
• Verify charges and post room charges to keep accounts current.
• Operate the phone system and handle reservations per brand standards.
