SpringHill Suites Orlando Convention Center is seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent/Relief Night Auditor for a busy hotel environment. Competitive pay is based on experience with open overnight availability and shifts including day, evening, and weekends.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; High School Diploma and/or 2-3 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Must speak, read, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in a courteous manner and strive for guest satisfaction.
• Register and process arrivals/departures to keep accounts current.
• Verify charges and post room charges to balance accounts by the next morning.
• Know hotel services and local area to assist guests effectively.
• Prepare daily, monthly and yearly reports.
• Sell the property to maximize occupancy and average rate.
• Handle reservations via telephone and walk-ins accurately.
