Job summary

Remington Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented hotel front desk professional in San Diego to perform daily audit functions across the front office and all outlets. The role requires accurate posting of room charges and taxes, nightly system backups, and strict adherence to the management company’s accounting policies.

You will handle check-ins/outs, payments, reservations, and PBX duties while delivering warm, professional guest service.

Qualifications

• Daily audit functions for front office and each hotel outlet.
• Review room and tax postings for accuracy, correcting errors as needed.
• Daily back-up of front office computer system and night audit program (if applicable).
• Follow management company accounting and credit policies and procedures.
• Manage front desk tasks: check-ins/check-outs, payments, reservations, PBX, calls within 3 rings, and provide prompt, courteous directions.
