Job summary

Baton Rouge Telco FCU in Hammond, LA is looking for a Front Desk MSR Floater to deliver friendly service and help members with accounts and information across channels.

The floating MSR will greet members, support the branch, assist with ATM/card balancing, and identify cross-sell opportunities while upholding the Credit Union's core values.

Qualifications

• Six months to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Hours are 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Answers questions about products and services and works to resolve problems that are within their authority to resolve.
• Greets members in a welcoming manner and assists them with account and/or credit union information via phone, email, in person, live chat, etc.
• Supports branch by being a backup when needed. (Example: MSR, assisting with ATM balancing, card balancing, verifying shipment, etc.).
• Keeps track of walk-in members. Ensures that members are helped in a timely manner.
• Identifies opportunities and cross sells/offers products and services to our members.
• Performs file maintenance and account changes as needed.
• Demonstrates the Credit Union's Core Values (Service with an EDGE, Solutions, Adaptability, Respect, Accountability).
• Performs other job duties as assigned.
