Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our Grand Prairie, TX clinic. This full‑time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient service in a fast-paced walk‑in setting, handling check-ins and payments, and supporting the clinic team to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.

Base pay is $13.00 per hour with bonus potential per paycheck, a 4‑day workweek preference, health insurance options, 401(k) and PTO, plus discounts on chiropractic care.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage patients, delivering a friendly and professional first impression.
• Present and explain membership options, promotions, and service benefits to encourage conversions and renewals.
• Process membership sales, upgrades, and payments accurately.
• Track and report sales activity, patient visits, and conversion metrics.
• Support clinic efficiency by managing patient flow and assisting the chiropractic team as needed.
