Job summary

The Lash Lounge is seeking a Front Desk Associate to enhance the guest experience at our California salon. You will focus on membership and retail sales, greet clients, and book appointments in person or by phone, while helping maintain a welcoming salon environment.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ years in customer service or retail, strong detail orientation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, with weekend/evening availability. MindBody software experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work some weekends and some evenings.
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Increase membership sales and retail sales.
• Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience.
