Job summary

Gymkhana Gymnastics is seeking a friendly Front Office team member for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts at our Wexford location. We offer part-time positions with flexible scheduling, training provided, and opportunities to interact with kids and families in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling registrations and payments, assisting with sessions, billing, and general front desk duties. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's experience working with the general public in customer service, retail, or a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Greet every person as they enter and exit.
• Take registrations and apply payments to accounts.
• Assist supervisor with confirmation letters for each session.
• Assist with billing for past-due accounts.
• Process Pro Shop sales.
• Ensure all books (roll, party, money) are kept up-to-date.
• Answer all phone calls, provide accurate information, take detailed notes, and route inquiries to appropriate personnel.
• Read and respond to emails promptly or direct to the right staff.
