Gymkhana Gymnastics is seeking enthusiastic and friendly front office staff for our Wexford location (Pittsburgh, PA). The role covers daytime, evenings, and weekends, with part-time availability and potential for full-time hours.

Qualificações

• Minimum of one year's experience working with the general public in a customer service, retail or similar field.
• Training provided to continue Gymkhana's strong tradition.
• Comfort interacting with kids, parents, and the general public.

Responsabilidades

• Greet every person as they enter and exit.
• Take registrations and apply payments to accounts.
• Assist supervisor with confirmation letters for each session.
• Assist with.billing for past-due accounts.
• Process Pro Shop sales and keep records up to date.
• Answer all phone calls and direct emails to appropriate personnel.
