Job summary

Bulldog Swim Academy is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to welcome guests, handle inquiries, and manage the front desk with a cheerful attitude. You will greet customers, give tours, answer calls, and maintain a neat lobby while handling payments and scheduling.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, customer service experience, and comfort with computers and scheduling software in a fast-paced water-safety environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or front desk roles is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and prospective members as they arrive.
• Provide tours for prospective members and answer questions.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and via email.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and front desk area.
• Accurately record client information and process payments.
• Schedule classes and appointments
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
