Job Overview

The Guest Services Manager oversees guest services operations and team members, ensuring standards are met and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional guest service, managing policies, and acting as Manager-on-Duty as needed.

Responsibilities
  1. Supervise guest services team, including interviewing, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
  2. Provide exceptional guest service and maintain guest loyalty.
  3. Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  4. Handle accounting functions such as A/P, A/R, and billing.
  5. Ensure quality standards through complaint investigation and room inspections.
  6. Monitor safety procedures and maintain cleanliness of public areas.
  7. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
