The Front Desk Manager acts as the Front Office management presence, covering Manager on Duty (MOD) shifts. This position requires close cooperation with all hotel departments, emphasizing guest service and satisfaction. Supervision of all front office line staff is a primary focus.
Regularly stand, walk, talk, hear, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Moderate noise level, typical of hotel environments.
Pay Range: $62,000 - $67,000, eligible for bonus. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, hotel discounts, and more.
