Job summary

The Pilates School SF is seeking an energetic Front Desk Administrator/Receptionist for our San Francisco studio. You will greet clients, manage registrations, handle inquiries, and promote classes and products as the face of our wellness-focused school.

Role is part-time and on-site, with shifts covering early mornings through evenings and weekends. Competitive hourly pay plus retail commissions, plus complimentary Pilates classes and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in customer service/front desk/retail.
• Proficient with booking and POS software; Mindbody a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, friendly and reliable demeanor.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors warmly; handle inquiries with professionalism.
• Assist with registration, orientation, and membership selections; promote services.
• Process purchases and manage billing inquiries; handle account changes.
• Maintain scheduling via WellnessLiving; manage bookings and waitlists.
• Keep front desk and retail areas clean and organized; support staff as needed.
• Assist instructors with check-in and attendance; monitor inventory and reorders.
• Perform opening/closing tasks including cash reconciliation.
