Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guestroom allocations and ensure reservations are recorded to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Assist Front Office Manager with hiring, training, and scheduling Front Office personnel.
• Supervise team performance, attendance, professionalism, and conduct.
• Ensure check-in and check-out procedures are consistently followed.
• Maintain strong communication between Front Office and all hotel departments.
• Collaborate with Sales to fulfill client room needs and conduct site tours as necessary.
• Serve as group liaison for Front Office, overseeing room blocks and billing.
• Review daily departure reports and update records accordingly.
