UFC GYM is seeking team members at our California locations to support front desk operations, bar/merchandise areas, and member engagement. You will greet guests, answer calls, and assist customers with product and wellness inquiries.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and members warmly and assist promptly.
• Answer incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.
• Respond to member questions and requests effectively.
• Maintain the Maintenance Log, Fitness profiles, and group fitness reservations.
• Keep front desk and lobby neat and clean at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stock Juice Bar Grab N Go offerings.
• Ensure self-serve station is fully stocked (utensils, etc.).
• Maintain Juice Bar cleanliness and organization.
• Keep store merchandise clean and ready for display.
