Job summary

AQUA Dermatology, part of the Goodman Dermatology portfolio, is seeking a Front Desk Lead in Sandy Springs, GA. The role focuses on coordinating daily office operations, overseeing administrative staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care and experience.

The candidate will lead front desk activities, train team members, and collaborate with providers to optimize patient flow while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of management or supervisory experience in a medical office.
• Experience in dermatology office preferred; strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership, providers, and staff to manage operations at assigned practice location(s).
• Monitor performance standards for patient appointments, staffing, and patient experience.
• Implement policies to ensure efficient administrative and clinical functions.
• Identify cost-saving and revenue-enhancing opportunities.
• Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and resources for patient care.
• Evaluate performance of office team and provide timely feedback.
• Assist in onboarding by training and evaluating new team members.
• Manage patient flow processes and improve efficiency; remove barriers to care.
• Provide coverage for Front Desk Specialist and/or Medical Assistant as needed.
• Collaborate in a team environment and uphold mission, credo, and values.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
