Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently but ask for help when needed—the ability to analyze and interpret information, and interact and decipher information telephonically and electronically.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and check them in/out.
• Register new patients and update demographics; collect payments for services.
• Answer the phone politely and direct calls as needed.
• Facilitate patient flow by notifying clinical staff of arrivals and delays.
• Keep reception area clean and organized.
• Travel to other locations as needed.
• Work in a team environment to accomplish tasks.
